Summer is a season of fresh flavours, light dishes and discovering new taste combinations. Inspired by this spirit, we have created our new Summer Special Offer, bringing a selection of seasonal specialties to Asian Temple.

This summer menu combines premium ingredients, vibrant flavours and refreshing elements. Seafood lovers can enjoy our Tuna Carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise and unagi sauce or the Salmon Tartare served with avocado, flying fish roe and mango ponzu sauce.

For a lighter option, we recommend the Mango & Green Papaya Salad, while the main course selection features Korean Sweet & Sour Tteokbokki, a refreshing Poke Bowl, Salmon Gravlax marinated with lemongrass and coriander, and our Beef Tenderloin Steak served with vegetable tempura and Sichuan pepper sauce.

To finish on a sweet note, discover our Ube Cheesecake, a no-bake dessert inspired by the Filipino ingredient ube, known for its distinctive flavour and beautiful purple colour.

The Summer Special Offer also includes a collection of seasonal beverages inspired by ube and matcha: Ube Ice Tea, Ube Iced Latte, Matcha Ice Tea and Gimlet Tea. Each drink has been crafted to deliver freshness, balance and a memorable visual presentation.
